- aches and pains in my bones, joints, nerves and/or muscles
- mental health symptoms such as depression, anxiety or stress
- loneliness and isolation, and you need support
- an ongoing condition that requires a review by the GP
- blood tests, smears, dressings etc. with a nurse
- pregnancy with a midwife
- arranging a routine vaccination or immunisation

If you have a problem that is not listed, you can request a routine appointment with a doctor.
We will respond to requests within 2 working days during opening times.
